My mom brought two mangoes for me to eat while I’m studying. I turned them into mango lassi. Added one cup of plain lowfat yogurt, a tsp of honey, two tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, and 1 tsp rosewater.
Michelle gave us the turtles. She got them in Mexico. So cute!!
Last fancy brunch with my roomies before they go off to California to study for our board exam. We got the recipes from a brunch book. The eggs were perfect but the ham and toast felt like they were missing something… Tomatoes!

Made using this amazing recipe for the last CBL session of med school. I shaped the dough into two circles and cut each into 6 pieces for a total of 12 scones, instead of the recommended 8 pieces, and baked for 15 min at 395°.
